Skydiving for Charity

Here is your chance to raise funds for charity and cut your costs at the same time!

You can either raise funds for our supported Charity Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance or choose your own preferred cause.

The Air Ambulance is a rapid response emergency craft covering 3,000 square miles across Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. Travelling at 154 mph it takes about 19 minutes to travel from its base at RAF Waddington to the furthest point in either of the two counties. It is operational every day of the week all year round completing an average of 4 missions a day saving many lives across the region. The charity receives NO government funding and is not eligible for National Lottery grants, so to ensure that the air ambulance can continue flying across both counties saving many lives each year we need to raise £1.5m.

To take part just tick the Sponsorship Forms Box on the application form

 Other Charities

If you want to raise funds for your own chosen charity tick the 'Sponsship Forms' box on the online application form and we will send you some blank sponsorship forms. You must have their authorisation in the form of a stamp and/or signature before attempting to raise funds in their name.

Encourage the Charity to agree to help offset your expenses by, for example, refunding to you 50% of the money raised, up to a maximum of the course fee. Under this arrangement, if you selected the Basic Skydiving Course at £230, you would ask that the full £230 be refunded to you if you raised £460 (£230 to the Charity, and £230 returned to you). If you raised more than £460, then your refund would still be £230, and the larger share would go to the Charity. If you raised less, then you and the Charity split the funds 50-50. Your charity may, of course, prefer some other arrangement.
