Dove Cottage Day Hospice

About Us

We offer high quality palliative day care to people in NE Leicestershire, Rutland and SE Nottinghamshire who are living with a life-limiting illness, such as cancer, motor neurone disease and COPD.

As a charity, we offer our care services free of charge. The hospice provides nursing care and advice, wellbeing activities such as complementary therapies, chaplaincy team support, games, crafts, refreshments and a home-cooked lunch. Our guests come to the hospice to be cared for in a home from home atmosphere, usually for one day a week. We also have a range of support services such as Dementia Support Groups, Family Support Group (carers’ lunches) and bereavement support.

Fundraising

Fundraising is vital to our hospice. Without help from our supporters, Dove Cottage couldn’t provide our high-quality care services, which are free of charge to those in the local community who are suffering from a life-limiting illness.

How it Works

If you raise the £460 fundraising target you'll only need to pay the £60 deposit for your jump. You must have raised the funds 2 weeks before your skydive so the charity can see you've raised enough. You can also choose to self-fund the jump. Choose your date above to get booked in, then start fundraising!
